Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Compliance Senior Executive to lead our operational and regulatory functions in Mowe. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our plant operations, ensuring that our daily activities are smooth, efficient, and fully compliant with all statutory and safety standards.

Requirements:
Administrative Management
Plant Operations: Oversee daily administrative operations of the plant to ensure seamless functionality.
Facilities & Assets: Manage office facilities, utilities, and asset maintenance protocols.
Team Supervision: Supervise security, housekeeping, and support staff, fostering a clean and secure working environment.
Logistics: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and complex logistics for staff and visitors.
Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
Compliance Oversight: Ensure the company maintains full compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies.
Licensing: Manage the lifecycle of all licenses, permits, and certifications, ensuring they are valid and up-to-date.
Government Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies and inspectors.
Policy Enforcement: Monitor compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal company policies.
Documentation, Audit & Risk
Audit Readiness: Maintain compliance registers and documentation, preparing the plant for both internal and external audits.
Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely filing of all statutory reports and returns.
Corrective Action: Track non-conformities, investigate deviations, and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
Risk Management: Participate in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) sessions and manage incident reporting.
Vendor & HSE Management
Vendor Excellence: Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance with safety and legal requirements.
Contract Monitoring: Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and value.
HSE Implementation: Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring site-wide compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience in an Admin/Compliance role. Experience within the agro-processing or manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nigerian regulatory environment and compliance standards.
