We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Account / Operations Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the company’s operational activities, managing procurement and logistics documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
  • The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can combine accounting expertise with operational coordination to support business efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain up-to-date ledgers.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flows.
  • Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable schedules.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax requirements (VAT, WHT, PAYE).
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
  • Support audit activities by preparing required documentation.

Operations Duties

  • Coordinate procurement activities, including RFQs, vendor follow-up, and preparing LPOs.
  • Track stock levels, inventory movement, and maintain asset registers.
  • Monitor deliveries, logistics, dispatch, and client order fulfillment.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for operational and financial documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, technicians, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and standards.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • B.Sc. Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho) is preferred.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly
