Job Description:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing journal entries and ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger.
• Perform comprehensive and timely reconciliations of all bank statements, vendor accounts, and various general ledger accounts.
• Support both Accounts Payable (invoice verification, processing) and Accounts Receivable (basic invoicing, follow-up) functions to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, schedules, and working papers, ensuring compliance with established financial procedures and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to uphold and enforce robust internal financial controls and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong command of financial processes and procedures, and be able to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to ledgers and accounts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software is essential.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and perform accurately under pressure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or finance, preferably within the real estate industry.
