We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • As an Accounting Trainee, you will support the finance team with data entry, account reconciliations, payment processing, and basic financial reporting.
  • You will learn to use accounting software, assist with monthly closings, and maintain organized financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and posting of transactions into accounting software.
  • Support account reconciliations and monthly financial close processes.
  • Maintain organized records in the accounting department.
  • Prepare basic Google sheet reports, summaries, and trackers.
  • Learn and follow company accounting procedures and controls.
  • Perform any other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 0–1 years of experience in Accounting with 0-1 year experience.
  • For gender balance, females are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software and tools.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, G-suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar) and other office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resides close to the location.
  • Recently deployed for NYSC or recently discharged from NYSC.
