Our goal is to provide all round brand solutions to our customers. We are built on four pillars which are Brand Communication, Designs as a service, Promotional gift items and Print and Fabrication.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records (AP/AR, general ledger, invoices, receipts, inventory records).
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage invoicing, payment disbursements, and expense claims.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely payments.
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with departments to gather and verify financial data.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of what the role entails
• Willigness to learn on the Job
• Available to resume in January 2026
• Proximity to location is a PLUS.
