We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and analytical Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for the integrity of our financial records and the smooth execution of our daily accounting operations. Requirements:

• Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records, ensuring all transactions are correctly classified and documented.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage the end-to-end process of tracking money owed to the company and payments due to vendors, ensuring all ledgers are up to date.

• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Payroll & Reporting: Assist in the accurate and timely preparation of payroll and generate routine financial reports for management review.

• Audit & Compliance: Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring that all operations comply with Nigerian financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).

  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent ERP systems.

• Key Competencies:

  • Attention to Detail: Uncompromising accuracy when handling numerical data.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to spot anomalies and provide insights into financial performance.

  • Professionalism: High degree of integrity, discretion, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
