We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2+years of professional experience to join our team in the automobile manufacturing and distribution industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor inventory records, cost accounting, and support audits.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and adhered to.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (HND, B.Sc, M.Sc accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing or distribution industry).
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
