We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our finance team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance with accounting standards.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses against forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding billing and payments.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
