Job Description:

We are seeking a numerically elite, ledger-obsessed, and operationally rigorous Financial Governor to anchor the accounting immune system and fiscal-reporting engine of our organization. In the high-velocity world of commercial finance where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of financial records and the precision of the reconciliation-filter success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize daily transaction-recording with the clinical precision required for Fiscal-Governance Architecture, Compliance-Audit Governance, and Financial-Reporting Stewardship. This role is designed as an "Accounting Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious accounting professional who can blend "Fiscal Grit" (mastering the complexities of MS Excel and financial packages) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Ledger Sovereignty & Transaction Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Ledger: Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Fiscal Throughput."

• Transaction Architecture: Utilize MS Excel and accounting software to verify/process entries, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a clean audit trail.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards, ensuring the "Source of Financial-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Fiscal Logic

• Fiscal Sovereignty: Oversee account reconciliations, acting as the primary "Source of Balance-Sheet Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Analyze financial data to provide actionable reports for management review, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven strategic decisions.

• Compliance Stewardship: Assist in audit activities and maintain robust documentation systems, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal-Readiness."

3. Operational Fidelity & Reporting Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor and update accounts, acting as the primary "Source of Executive-Insight."

• Reporting Architecture: Produce accurate weekly/monthly reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term organizational health.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytical-Expertise to accelerate the "Reconciliation-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Financial Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting/Finance.

• Experience: 2–3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance departments.

• Technical Power: Mastery of MS Excel, Microsoft Packages, and general Accounting Software; deep understanding of financial record-keeping standards.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities; ability to work under minimal supervision with high organizational discipline.

• Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Financial Sovereignty" in the Oshodi/Isolo operational landscape.
