We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is a 24-month rotational or specialized track designed for early-career professionals.
• The program provides an accelerated learning experience through a series of accelerated inductions and specialized programs, allowing you to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global stakeholders.
• You will gain hands-on experience in real-world systems, including installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or Robotics Engineering.
• Must be a recent graduate from the 2025 academic year or graduating within the next six months.
• Must be available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
• You should be proactive, eager to learn, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and possess a positive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential.
