Job Description:
- We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Human Resources and Quality Control.
- The program is designed to provide hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship, equipping successful candidates with the skills and knowledge required to build a career in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotation across Human Resources and Quality Control departments.
- Assist in HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and policy administration.
- Support quality control processes including product inspections, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in both people management and production quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations on assigned tasks and learning progress.
- Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork throughout the program.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a BA/BSc/HND degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years working experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
