Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and hybrid-capable Field Operations & HR Strategist to anchor the human engine of our sub-regional data collection efforts. In the specialized landscape of high-growth technology, success is defined by "Workforce Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a distributed field team with the clinical precision required for Scalable Organograms, L&D Programming, and Quality Assurance. This role is designed for a "Structural Architect" with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing state and zone managers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to turn raw training into high-output field performance.

Requirements:

1. Structural Orchestration & Organizational Governance

  • Architectural Sovereignty: Design and implement scalable organograms for state and zone managers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Hierarchy."

  • Career Architecture: Develop clear professional development structures and career paths, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term agent retention.

  • Workflow Stewardship: Streamline workforce operational workflows to ensure seamless communication, ensuring the "Source of Field Efficiency" is elite and uncompromised.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
