Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Graphics Design Intern to anchor the visual engine of Wale University. In the specialized landscape of modern African higher education, success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex academic concepts with the clinical precision required for Social Media Engagement, Online Course Design, and AI-Augmented Asset Generation. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" who can blend "Design Grit" (executing typography, color theory, and layout) with the "Technological Agility" required to master Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Canva Magic Studio.
Requirements:
1. Brand Orchestration & Digital Governance
Consistency Sovereignty: Maintain rigorous brand alignment across all WU platforms, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Integrity."
Asset Architecture: Create engaging flyers, banners, and digital ads for marketing campaigns, providing the "Structural Foundation" for student recruitment and engagement.
Template Stewardship: Design recurring institutional templates and icon sets, ensuring the "Source of Design Efficiency" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Academic Logic
Learning Sovereignty: Support the development of visual assets for online courses and learning materials, acting as the primary "Source of Student Comprehension."
AI Architecture: Utilize Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, and DALL-E to generate high-fidelity creative assets, providing the "Innovative Foundation" for WU's digital presence.
Information Stewardship: Design complex infographics that translate academic data into digestible visuals, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Knowledge."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Portfolio Sovereignty: Execute real-world projects for a recognized institution, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Growth."
Collaboration Architecture: Participate in cross-functional brainstorming with marketing and academic teams, providing the "Creative Foundation" for campaign success.
