Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Visa Expert to join our Global Mobility team. This is a high-stakes role designed for a "Success-Driven" consultant who can navigate the complexities of international immigration and university admissions with surgical precision.

You will act as the lead architect for our clients' global ambitions—from preparing bulletproof tourist visa packages to securing admissions in top-tier international institutions. If you are a British Council Certified Counsellor with a proven track record of high approval rates for the UK, USA, Canada, and Schengen zones, we invite you to lead our application engine.

Requirements:

1. Visa Strategy & Compliance Architecture

• End-to-End Processing: Manage the complete lifecycle of visa applications for major destinations (UK, Canada, USA, and Schengen), ensuring 100% compliance with current consular standards.

• Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous eligibility assessments to identify "red flags" and strengthen applications through persuasive cover letters and meticulous financial documentation.

• Precision Packaging: Review and package applications with high precision, ensuring that travel histories and personal narratives are consistently convincing to immigration officers.

2. Global Education & Admissions Management

• Institutional Liaison: Handle the full school admission process, including document uploads, follow-ups with partner universities, and securing CAS/I-20 forms.

• Academic Advising: Guide students on program selection, entry requirements, and the strategic preparation of academic portfolios to ensure timely offers.

• Knowledge Governance: Stay at the forefront of changing immigration laws and university entry requirements, serving as the internal subject matter expert.

3. Client Advisory & Technical Operations

• Expert Consultation: Deliver confident, professional presentations and one-on-one consultations, translating complex immigration policies into simple, client-friendly terms.

• Digital Management: Use CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain organized digital records, track application statuses, and generate performance reports.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct final audits on all documentation before submission to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

• Certification: Must be a British Council Certified Counsellor. Additional certifications in Global Mobility or Immigration are a plus.

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in visa processing and school admissions, specifically for UK, USA, Canada, and Schengen regions.

• Track Record: Proven history of high success rates in tourist and study visa approvals.
