Job Description:

  • Manage the executive’s diary, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Screen calls, emails, and messages on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, notes, and presentation documents.
  • Coordinate personal and business-related errands.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external correspondence.
  •  Provide administrative support remotely to executives or business owners.
  • Manage emails, calls, and calendar schedules.
