Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Travel Consultant to anchor the mobility engine of our organization. In a specialized aviation landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reservation and the precision of the fare rule success is defined by "Air Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize global flight inventories with the clinical precision required for Multi-Channel Query Management, Surgical Ticketing, and Crisis Mitigation. This role is designed for a "Journey Architect", specifically a professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Travel/Tourism and 1–3 years of OTA or Airline experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate irregular operations (IRROPs) and complex schedule changes.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Ticketing Governance

• Reservation Sovereignty: Manage multi-channel queries for flight bookings and fares with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Passenger Solutions."

• Surgical Architecture: Execute ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds, providing the "Structural Foundation" for precise financial and travel documentation.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to IATA regulations and airline policies, ensuring the "Source of Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Crisis Logic

• Crisis Sovereignty: Navigate complex schedule changes and IRROPs to ensure traveler safety, acting as the primary "Source of Journey Continuity."

• Network Architecture: Liaise with global airlines and internal tech teams to resolve real-time bottlenecks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for seamless operations.

• Fare Stewardship: Apply advanced fare rules to optimize pricing and routing, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Value."

3. Operational Integrity & Technical Power

• GDS Sovereignty: Utilize Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre to manage high-volume B2B and B2C travel portfolios, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Mastery."

• Workflow Architecture: Execute CRM and PWA workflows to track queries and post-booking support, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a premium client experience.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–3 years of OTA expertise to accelerate the "Query-to-Ticket" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Mobility Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field.

• Experience: 1 – 3 years in an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or Airline Operations setting.

• Technical Power: Advanced proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

• Regulation: Deep understanding of IATA Regulations and Advanced Fare Rules.
