Job Description:

• Ensure that stocks get to their destinations safely and in the most cost-effective way.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Supervision: Manage daily transportation activities.
• Safety & Compliance
• Fleet Management
• Team Leadership
• Cost Management
• Issue Resolution
• Documentation
• Sourcing for reliable 3PL
• Report on 3pl performance
• Accuracy and Quality: track invoicing billing and track damage loss on transit

Key Performance Indicators:

• Targeted stock delivery time against actual stock delivery time.
• Targeted stock dispatch time against actual stock dispatch time.
• Fleet utilization rate.
• Timely submission of reports.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of supply chain tracks
• Knowledge of cost management principles
• Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
• Knowledge of tracking vehicles 
• Knowledge of QSR/food industry trends/ practices 
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance procedures
• Knowledge of industry players and pitching of reliable 3PLS

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a BSc or HND in Business Administration or related discipline
• Possession of any relevant Certificate is Essential
• 3-4 years of experience in similar roles.

• Maintain a standard of health, Safety, and hygiene.
