Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven TikTok Live Sales Manager to spearhead our sales strategy across livestreaming and social media. You will be responsible for promoting our range of renewable energy products—including Portable Power Stations, Hybrid Inverters, and Solar ESS Systems to drive direct sales, generate distributor leads, and build an engaged online community.

Requirements:

  • Livestream Management: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok livestreams. Manage livestream teams (hosts, moderators, and content operators) and develop high-conversion scripts and promotional events.

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Drive end-user sales via TikTok Shop and WhatsApp. Actively generate leads for distributors, agents, and installers through livestreams, short-form video content, and targeted social media ads.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze livestream performance data to refine strategies. Manage A/B testing for promotions and optimize bidding strategies for advertising campaigns.

  • Community Building: Manage private traffic and customer communities to ensure high retention and long-term sales growth.

  • Market Growth: Research TikTok trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the solar and energy storage market.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in TikTok livestreaming, e-commerce sales, or social media marketing.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in renewable energy, solar products, home appliances, or electronics is highly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of TikTok Shop, livestream operational models, and WhatsApp-based customer conversion.

  • Soft Skills: Strong sales mindset, results-oriented, excellent communication/persuasion skills, and comfort appearing on camera.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to track and report on KPIs, including GMV, advertising ROI, and conversion rates.

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
