Job Description:
Are you a tech-savvy sales professional passionate about the future of renewable energy? We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Officer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in accelerating our solar energy footprint.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge solar solutions and our clients. You will combine your technical engineering background with sharp sales instincts to design custom energy systems, cultivate strategic partnerships with installers, and close deals that make a lasting impact. Requirements:
Sales Growth & Lead Generation
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through aggressive networking, research, and relationship-building.
Pipeline Management: Use our software platform and CRM to fast-track deals, manage customer pipelines, and ensure no lead is left behind.
Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies designed to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Technical Design & Coordination
Consultative Sales: Engage with potential customers in a warm, professional manner to understand their energy needs.
System Design: Design customized solar solutions that are tailored to the specific energy requirements of our clients.
Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations that clearly explain the features, financial benefits, and technical reliability of our solar solutions.
Partner & Relationship Management
Project Coordination: Oversee the relationship with our solar partners and installers, coordinating installations to ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery for the customer.
Negotiation: Negotiate effectively with installers and partners to secure the best value, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and high-quality.
Long-Term Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring total customer satisfaction throughout the installation lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of solar energy systems and products (or the ability to learn complex technical specifications very quickly).

Negotiation: Exceptional ability to negotiate with clients, installers, and partners to reach win-win outcomes.
Organization: Self-motivated and highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and customer pipelines simultaneously.
Communication: Ability to distill complex technical energy data into simple, persuasive, and non-technical language for clients.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and digital project management tools.
Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to work cross-functionally to ensure product delivery success.
