We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Technical Knowledge & Product Mastery:

• Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the Company's engineering products, systems, and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Continuously enhance technical competence to support complex client requirements across Oil & Gas, industrial, FMCG, and construction sectors.

Business Development & Sales Support:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities within target markets.
• Support the Sales Manager in preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM and support pipeline tracking.

Client Engagement & Technical Advisory:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, operational challenges, and project objectives.
• Provide accurate technical guidance and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations.
• Support client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions as required.

Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Technical Support:

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, including product selection, solution design input, and feasibility assessment.
• Offer post-sales technical support such as troubleshooting, product recommendations, and implementation guidance.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of delivered solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation:

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, cost-effective, and deliverable within timelines.
• Support the preparation of client proposals, technical documentation, quotations, and reports.
• Ensure all technical submissions meet quality and compliance standards.
