Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Technical Officer to join our team during this exciting phase of expansion. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening our technical capabilities, focusing on the end-to-end development of raw materials and packaging. If you are passionate about product formulation, process improvement, and creating compliant, cost-effective packaging solutions, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Material & Packaging Innovation: Lead initiatives in material selection, testing, and evaluation. Enhance packaging performance and quality, and proactively identify innovative alternatives to meet management needs.

• Laboratory & Testing: Conduct routine laboratory tests and analyze results to support product formulation and RMPM development. Assist with trials to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes, ensuring solutions are both safe and cost-effective.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all developments align with industry regulatory standards and company policies.

• Strategic Planning: Translate management objectives into actionable packaging development plans and technical projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a closely related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Research & Development within a manufacturing environment (specifically Nutraceuticals, Pharma, Food/Beverage, or FMCG).

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of packaging material development, raw material development, and data analysis.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. You have a high level of attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.

• Agility: The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.
