Job Description:
Are you a recent graduate or currently serving in the NYSC program with an interest in Human Resources, consulting, or talent acquisition? We are seeking a curious and organized Recruitment Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting our team in identifying, attracting, and managing talent for a diverse range of client organizations.
Requirements:
Talent Attraction: Assist in the sourcing process by utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases to build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
CV Screening: Review and evaluate applicant profiles against client specifications, shortlisting top talent under the guidance of our Recruitment Specialists.
Interview Coordination: Manage the scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring seamless communication with both client representatives and applicants.
Operational Support: Prepare job descriptions, recruitment trackers, and status reports to ensure we hit client service targets.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all candidate records and recruitment data are managed accurately and in full compliance with data protection policies.
Continuous Learning: Participate in team meetings, internal training, and feedback loops to actively develop your professional recruitment skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or currently participating in NYSC) in Sociology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Motivation: A genuine curiosity about recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent management or consulting.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Integrity: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
