Job Description:
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for our digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of building, launching, and scaling high-growth mobile applications and financial service features.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver world-class user experiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Executive leadership to drive product-led growth and operational excellence.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the FinTech and Tech space to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
Sector Expertise: Proven track record in building and scaling mobile applications or super apps specifically within the technology and financial services (FinTech) sectors.
Leadership: Demonstrable experience in inspirational leadership, with a history of managing high-performing product teams that consistently meet and exceed delivery goals.
Technical Depth: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, UX/UI principles, and data-driven product development.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. An MBA is considered a significant advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in digital product management.
