Job Description:

• Increase the profitability of e-business by achieving the set e-business budget.
• Manage and oversee project implementations within approved budgets and timelines.
• Develop operating manuals and procedures for e-product operations.
• Develop strategies to increase the bank’s market share by growing the number of active users of e-business solutions.
• Manage all self-service channels as business units, focusing on service delivery, income generation, and cost control.
• Oversee all digital channels including websites, applications, and software.
• Plan and supervise electronic promotions, advertisements, and campaigns for the bank.
• Enhance and upgrade existing e-products and services.
• Supervise card services and mobile money operations.
• Ensure customer disputes regarding e-channel transactions are resolved within TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Ensure reconciliation and settlement of transactions.
• Ensure all fees due to the bank from third parties are received promptly.
• Provide user support for core banking and alternative banking channels.
• Administer and support all e-business solutions.
• Develop and implement self-service products to expand customer reach across various regions.
• Implement security measures to protect systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-commerce or e-business operations within a bank.
• Strong channel management skills.
• Sound understanding of e-banking operations.
• Business acumen and product development skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Age Requirement: 45 years and above.
