• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in account management to lead our Account Management team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising account opening and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing service delivery standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields

Certifications (Preferred):

• Relevant certifications in Banking Operations, Compliance, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
