Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full supply chain cycle within the warehouse.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure steady supply and reduce risks.

• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and maintain optimal warehouse stock availability.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, supply chain standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare, review, and analyze supply chain reports including stock status and supplier performance.

• Identify risks, delays, and inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend process improvements.

• Support the adoption of supply chain management systems, tools, and best practices.

• Work closely with finance, sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement practices, and logistics management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is an added advantage

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and team collaboration

• Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement.
