Job Description:
Performing structural analysis and design for various engineering projects.
Supervision Level: Works with moderate supervision.
Primary Objective: To contribute to the preparation of accurate structural calculations, engineering drawings, and comprehensive design documentation.
Requirements:
Analysis & Design: Execute structural analysis and design calculations for project components.
Drafting: Develop detailed structural drawings and engineering specifications.
Component Design: Design structural support systems and individual components.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Construction Support: Review construction drawings and field conditions; provide technical problem-solving support during the construction phase.
Documentation: Prepare technical engineering reports and formal design documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or currently in progress.
Technical Expertise: Strong fundamental understanding of steel, concrete, and anchorage design.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with structural analysis software and standard drafting tools.
