Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to;

• Must be able to perform duties of a fabricator on a daily basis
• Job duties include but not limited to welding, gouging and grinding
• Ability to weld in all fillet weld position
• Ability to weld in all groove weld position including TKY joints
• Carry out cosmetic on finished weld
• Ability to connect, assemble and use FCAW and SMAW welding machine
• Must be able to use other equipments like power bushing machine, grinding machine, chipping hammer and other hand tools used in welding and cosmetics.
• Carry out pre heating of parts using acetylene torch
• Use tempstick to avoid excessive heat input and distortion.
• Ability to read and understand WPS.
• Carry out repair in any defective joint
• Carry out housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Carbon steel, 6GR SMAW+FCAW welding certificate
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
