Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Store / Procurement Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain—from the warehouse floor to the vendor negotiation table. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and implementing robust procurement strategies that minimize costs and maximize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a dual-threat professional: a master of warehouse organization and a skilled negotiator who can build long-term value with our suppliers.

Requirements:

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Stock Oversight: Manage physical stock movements, perform regular reconciliations against database records, and investigate any discrepancies.

• Receiving & Quality Control: Oversee the inspection of all incoming goods, ensuring they meet quantity and quality specifications defined in Purchase Orders (POs).

• Storage & Security: Organize the warehouse for optimal flow and implement strict security and safety protocols to mitigate theft, damage, or spoilage.

• Documentation: Maintain absolute accuracy in our ERP systems, ensuring real-time visibility into stock levels, turnover rates, and aging items.

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business growth goals.

• Vendor Relations: Identify, vet, and manage supplier performance. You will be the lead negotiator for pricing, contract terms, and lead-time optimization.

• Cost Control & Budgeting: Analyze company spend patterns to uncover cost-saving opportunities and manage departmental budgets effectively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between Operations, Finance, and suppliers to ensure the seamless flow of goods from order to delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven professional experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or procurement.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command of Inventory Management Software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with purchase order systems and digital tracking protocols.

• Attributes:

  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical tracking.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse vendor relationships and internal stakeholders.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to manage on-site warehouse operations, including standing for extended periods and overseeing physical stock counts.
