Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Store Keeper to anchor the material engine of our facility. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the issuance and the precision of the stock record success is defined by "Inventory Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize incoming goods with the clinical precision required for Quality Inspection, Systematic Storage, and Record Fidelity. This role is designed for a "Warehouse Architect" specifically a professional with an OND and 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Organizational Grit" (recording and updating inventory systems) with the "Operational Agility" required to organize items safely and systematically.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Receipt Governance

• Inspection Sovereignty: Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Quality Control."

• Stock Architecture: Organize and store items safely and systematically, providing the "Structural Foundation" for rapid material retrieval.

• Integrity Stewardship: Record and update inventory via manual or computer systems, ensuring the "Source of Stock Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Issuance Logic

• Issuance Sovereignty: Release materials or products exactly as requested, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Supply."

• Systematic Architecture: Maintain an optimized layout for all stored items, providing the "Functional Foundation" for workspace safety and efficiency.

• Accuracy Stewardship: Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs or over-ordering, maintaining the "Source of Resource Optimization."

3. Operational Integrity & Logistics Power

• Record Sovereignty: Maintain high-fidelity documentation for every item entering or leaving the store, acting as the primary "Source of Audit Readiness."

• Procurement Architecture: Collaborate with supply chain teams to verify delivery notes against physical stock, providing the "Relational Foundation" for vendor accountability.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of warehouse experience to accelerate the "Receive-to-Shelf" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Material Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of OND certification.

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of progressive experience in storekeeping or warehouse management.

• Location Scope: Must be able to work onsite in Lagos or Ogun State.

• Technical Power: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in record-keeping (manual or digital).
