Job Description:

We are seeking a capable and hands-on Station Manager to oversee daily operations at our filling station in Karu, Abuja. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining strict safety and environmental standards, and managing the station's personnel and financial performance. We are looking for a leader who understands the fast-paced nature of the retail fuel industry and possesses the operational expertise to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring reliable fuel supply, equipment functionality, and consistent service delivery.

• Team Leadership: Supervise station staff, including attendants and support personnel. Coordinate shifts, provide training, and ensure professional conduct.

• HSE Compliance: Enforce rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff, customers, and the surrounding community.

• Financial & Inventory Management: Monitor daily fuel sales, manage cash flow, perform regular stock reconciliation, and oversee equipment maintenance records.

• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer interaction, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment at the station.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BSc, HND, OND, or NCE qualification in a related field.

• Experience: Proven professional experience as a Station Manager in a filling station is mandatory.
