We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Assemble and install solar panels and systems according to site plans and schematics.
• Mount panels on rooftops, poles, or other structures using hand and power tools.
• Connect panels to the electrical system using wiring, inverters, and other equipment.
• Inspect and maintain existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and fix issues with panels, inverters, or wiring.
• Replace faulty components or upgrade outdated systems
• Conduct site visits to determine solar feasibility and optimal panel placement.
• Measure and analyze roof conditions, shading, orientation, and structural integrity.
• Prepare reports on installation progress and maintenance activities.
• Record data from system tests and inspections.
• Maintain documentation for warranties and service histories.
• Explain system functionality and basic maintenance to clients.
• Provide support for questions or issues post-installation.

Requirements:

• HND / BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in electrical and solar installations and maintenance.
