Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Social Media Strategist to anchor the digital engine of our Lagos-based fashion brand. In the hyper-visual and fast-paced Nigerian fashion industry, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty"—the ability to harmonize seasonal collections with the clinical precision required for Platform-Specific Storytelling, Community Engagement, and Aesthetic Consistency. This role is designed for an "Aesthetic Architect" with 2 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (executing fashion-forward shoots) with the "Analytical Agility" required to drive measurable follower and conversion growth.

Requirements:

1. Visual Orchestration & Strategy Governance

  • Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and execute high-fidelity social media strategies aligned with fashion-forward objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Growth."

  • Aesthetic Architecture: Ensure every post, reel, and story aligns with the brand’s core identity, providing the "Structural Foundation" for premium positioning.

  • Calendar Stewardship: Manage high-speed content schedules with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Brand Visibility" is never compromised.

2. Content Resilience & Trend Logic

  • Creative Sovereignty: Lead the conceptualization and production of engaging fashion content, acting as the primary "Source of Viral Potential."

  • Trend Architecture: Monitor and capitalize on emerging social media and fashion trends, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for real-time brand relevance.

  • Collaboration Stewardship: Work seamlessly with the Creative team to translate physical collections into digital masterpieces, maintaining the "Source of Artistic Synergy."

3. Growth Integrity & Performance Power

  • Engagement Sovereignty: Manage platform interactions and community dialogue with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Loyalty."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Media, Advertising, Branding, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, preferably within the fashion-forward or lifestyle environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong content creation skills (photography, basic video editing) and proficiency in social media management tools.
