Job Description:
- Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns for better reach and conversion.
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
- Respond to followers, comments, and messages promptly to maintain strong engagement.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align online campaigns with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Proven ability to grow and engage followers.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social analytics, and ad management tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
