Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Social Media Manager/Officer to anchor the digital growth engine of our new online department. In the modern retail and service landscape, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize brand identity with the clinical precision required for Short-Form Video (TikTok/Reels), Motion Graphics, and Real-Time Community Management. This role is designed for an "Engagement Architect" who can blend "Creative Grit" (smartphone videography and in-store content capture) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage a high-output posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Requirements:
1. Content Orchestration & Production Governance
Creative Sovereignty: Create high-impact videos, graphics, and motion content with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Magnetism."
Capture Architecture: Shoot high-quality photos and videos using smartphone technology, providing the "Structural Foundation" for authentic, in-store storytelling.
Editing Stewardship: Utilize CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro to engineer viral-ready content, ensuring the "Source of Visual Excellence" is elite and trend-aligned.
2. Tactical Resilience & Community Logic
Posting Sovereignty: Manage daily distributions across all platforms with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Consistent Brand Presence."
Engagement Architecture: Respond to comments and inquiries with professional agility, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for lead generation and customer trust.
Trend Stewardship: Monitor and weaponize emerging digital trends, maintaining the "Source of Timely and Relevant Narrative."
