We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We’re looking for a creative and driven leader to head our TikTok strategy, manage content creation, and lead live streaming efforts.
• You’ll inspire a team and grow our audience with engaging, brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Build a TikTok strategy that fits our brand, follows trends, and plans content calendars.
• Operations: Manage live streams and work with tech teams for smooth broadcasts.
• Leadership: Guide and motivate a team of creators and marketers, supporting their growth.
• Analytics: Track performance using data tools and share insights with leadership.
• Marketing: Team up with marketing and PR to align TikTok with bigger campaigns and engage our community.

Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or similar (advanced degree a bonus).
• Age: 20–26 years.
• 3–5 years in social media (TikTok focus), with success in leading teams and growing audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Expert in TikTok’s rules, trends, and algorithms.
• Proven success running TikTok campaigns.
• Strong leader who can inspire a team.
• Good with data to make smart decisions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing to connect TikTok to broader goals.
