Job Description:

Are you a night owl with a passion for content creation? We are looking for a creative, proactive, and reliable Social Media Manager to capture the vibrant energy of our lounge.

This is not a typical 9-to-5 desk job. We need someone who thrives in social environments, understands the pulse of the nightlife scene, and knows how to create content that stops people from scrolling. If you are comfortable working at night and have an eye for trendy, engaging social media visuals, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

Content Creation & Capturing the Vibe

• The "Live" Experience: You will be on the floor during lounge operations—especially at night—capturing high-quality photos and videos of the atmosphere, events, and crowd.

• Real-Time Coverage: Provide live updates during peak hours and special events to keep our online audience engaged with what is happening right now.

• Creative Planning: Develop fresh content ideas that align with our brand’s personality. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling posts on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Strategy & Engagement

• Community Management: Handle our daily social media activity, including posting, responding to comments, and managing direct messages.

• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest nightlife and social media trends. You will be responsible for incorporating these trends into our content strategy to keep our brand relevant.

• Promotion & Events: Work closely with the management team to help promote upcoming events, campaigns, and special offers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Availability: This role requires you to work primarily during night hours. You must be available to attend and cover our lounge events.

• Location: You must reside on or around Lagos Island for ease of access to the lounge.

• Hardware: You must own a high-quality smartphone or camera capable of shooting professional-looking photos and videos.

• Technical Skills: You have basic video editing skills and are familiar with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe.

• Experience: Previous experience managing social media for a lounge, club, or hospitality brand is a big plus.

• Soft Skills: You are energetic, socially aware, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You are reliable, consistent, and know how to work independently to meet deadlines.
