Job Description:

• Lead and manage the Dental Clinic’s social media presence across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Develop and implement structured social media and digital marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and patient engagement.
• Plan and oversee the creation of high-quality content including educational dental content, promotional campaigns and patient awareness initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to social media enquiries and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse digital performance metrics including impressions, engagement, leads and patient conversions.
• Work closely with clinical staff to develop informative and authoritative dental educational content.
• Support internal marketing initiatives including membership plan promotion and patient awareness campaigns.
• Support external marketing initiatives targeting schools, corporate organisations, and community partnerships.
• Produce structured weekly and monthly performance reports analysing social media activity and marketing outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong social media management and digital marketing capability
• Content planning and campaign management skills
• Ability to analyse marketing data and performance metrics
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams
• Professional presentation and brand awareness

Working Hours and Days:

• This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
• Some flexibility may occasionally be required depending on marketing campaigns or events.
