Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled, registered, and proactive Site Engineer to join the SOW Real Estate team in Abuja. In this role, you will be the technical cornerstone of our construction and land development projects. From the initial planning and permitting phase to final execution on-site, you will ensure that every project is delivered to the highest engineering standards, within budget, and on schedule. Requirements:

• Project Lifecycle Oversight: Support and manage land development and real estate construction projects from initial planning through to final execution.

• Documentation & Permitting: Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, and development permit documentation.

• Engineering Guidance: Provide expert technical oversight to ensure that all project implementation adheres to industry best practices and structural safety standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between architects, external contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Monitoring & Quality Control: Monitor daily project progress, manage site equipment and funds, and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure superior project outcomes.

• Reporting: Maintain consistent communication with management by providing regular reports, status updates, and visual documentation of site progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional Registration: Mandatory: Must be COREN registered (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria).

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in construction, civil engineering, or land development projects.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings and develop specifications.

• Project Management: Strong ability to manage site resources, budgets, and schedules effectively.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical Mindset: A problem-solving approach to construction challenges and a keen eye for quality assurance.
