Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Site Engineer to anchor the operational engine of our construction projects. In the specialized landscape of modern infrastructure where precision meets physical execution success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex architectural designs with the clinical precision required for Resource Allocation, Quality Control, and Safety Enforcement. This role is designed for a "Success Architect" with 4–7 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (supervising day-to-day site operations) with the "Technical Agility" required to navigate AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.

Requirements:

1. Execution Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Project Sovereignty: Supervise day-to-day site operations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Accuracy."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–7 years as a Site Engineer or in a similar supervisory construction capacity.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Revit.

• Certifications: A valid professional license or certification is a distinct advantage.
