Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Graduates to anchor the future leadership engine of Shell in Nigeria. In a specialized energy landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transition and the precision of the technical solution success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize academic excellence with the clinical precision required for Engineering, Geoscience, and Commercial Strategy. This 3-year program is designed for "Innovation Architects" specifically post-NYSC graduates with less than three years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (absorbing information and objective decision-making) with the "Learner Agility" required to execute Meaningful Projects and Purposeful Solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Must have graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, Production), Geoscience, or Commercial fields.
Experience: Less than three years of post-graduate work experience.
Mandatory Status: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Technical Power: Strong capacity for problem-solving, objective decision-making, and original thinking.
Communication: Elite communication and interpersonal skills.
