SETTLEMENT AND RECONCILIATION OFFICER AT ICS OUTSOURCING

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Perform daily settlement and reconciliation of transactions across various payment platforms
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments and third-party vendors.
• Monitor settlement reports and ensure proper posting of transactions to appropriate accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of settlement positions and reconciliation status to the relevant units.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate units and follow up until closure.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years relevant experience in banking operations, preferably in settlement or reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of financial reconciliations, settlement operations, and transaction processing.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
