Job Description:

• Extract and analyze data from Power BI tools to generate insights that support business planning and decision-making.

• Provide accurate data and analysis to management during the business planning process.

• Generate and deliver relevant daily, weekly, and monthly reports across all retail channels to guide management actions.

• Audit and review data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance policies.

• Deliver business intelligence insights to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.

• Establish logistics and delivery schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers to resolve issues.

• Maintain brand alignment in service centers, ensuring consistency in sales and service delivery.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to design and deploy promotions effectively.

• Analyze and report customer-impacting trends, including competitive intelligence, to guide business strategy.

• Coordinate document vetting activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Develop and implement key account management tactics aligned with the organization’s value proposition.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management standards, processes, and methods to enhance unit efficiency.

• Create, maintain, and deliver high-quality process documentation, including process re-engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Experience

• 3–7 years of professional experience, including:

  • Experience working in a medium-sized organization.

  • Proven experience in change management.

  • Strong background in business planning and analysis.

  • Hands-on experience in project management.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
