We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The Service Delivery Officer will be responsible for managing and tracking service enquiries from prospective clients, partners, and dealers. This role requires a high level of organizational skill, timely reporting, and effective communication to guarantee service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all service-related enquiries, including survey and installation requests from prospective customers.
- Coordinate service requests from partners, dealers, and sales executives.
- Accurately complete, update, and send service delivery reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a proper handover of activated clients.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee prompt and efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in service operations or delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of how operational decisions impact broader organizational goals.
- Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
