Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Senior Sales Executive to anchor the revenue engine of our operations in Ibadan, Oyo. In a specialized healthcare landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the partnership and the precision of the solution success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level sales strategies with the clinical precision required for Hospital/Clinic Engagement, Team Mentorship, and Competitor Intelligence. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (building trust with healthcare professionals and decision-makers) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Market Trend Monitoring and Revenue Forecasting.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategy Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Market: Develop and execute sales strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Achievement."

  • Target Architecture: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing the "Structural Foundation" for achieving both individual and collective growth quotas.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize brand visibility, ensuring the "Source of Service Delivery" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Partnership Logic

  • Network Sovereignty: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Penetration."

  • Relational Architecture: Build and maintain strong ties with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term partnerships.

  • Intelligence Stewardship: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Agility."

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

  • Data Sovereignty: Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews for management, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Intelligence."

  • Forecast Architecture: Analyze customer needs to adjust strategies in real-time, providing the "Relational Foundation" for accurate revenue forecasting.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize proven sales leadership experience to accelerate the "Lead-to-Contract" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Regional Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Relevant qualification with at least 3 years (or more depending on seniority level) of proven experience in Sales, preferably within the Healthcare, Pharma, or Diagnostic sectors.

  • Leadership Power: Strong track record of leading and mentoring a sales team to success.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills for engaging healthcare decision-makers.

  • Location: Must be based in or able to cover Ibadan, Oyo State.
