Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our products. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts, define testing strategies, and work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, hands on testing expertise, and a deep understanding of software development and QA best practices.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and standards.

• Lead and execute manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.

• Review product requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

• Design, create, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Identify, document, track, and follow up on software defects.

• Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements, especially for fintech products.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices.

• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives).

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.

• Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer or QA Lead.

• Experience testing financial or fintech applications is a strong advantage.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.).

• Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, REST APIs).

• Familiarity with performance and security testing.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
