Job Description:
- his role leads strategy-focused workstreams and small-to-medium client engagements across digital, technology, AI, CX, and product strategy, translating complex problems into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- It also involves driving digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff while supporting business development and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex engagements and senior client relationships across strategy, AI transformation, digital and technology strategy, CX, and product-led growth.
- Advise C-suite leaders on digital growth, AI value creation, platform / technology choices, customer transformation, and product portfolio strategy.
- Define AI and digital transformation agendas, including use-case prioritization, capability needs, governance, operating model, and value realization.
- Lead work on enterprise technology strategy, data and analytics strategy, customer proposition redesign, and product roadmap prioritization.
- Build and direct multidisciplinary teams across strategy, analytics, design, and technology while ensuring high-quality client outcomes.
- Drive business development through proposal leadership, thought leadership, and expansion of digital / AI / customer / product offerings.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
- First Degree as well MBA/ MSc., and PhD in relevant courses is a plus.
- Requirements: 9–13+ years’ experience with strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and a track record leading strategic transformation.
- Digital / AI skills: strong grasp of AI strategy, data and platform implications, product and CX transformation, agile ways of working, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience working with External or Internal clients in the Financial Services sector, Telecoms and FMCG on corporate and business strategy, digital strategy and transformation and customer strategy (CX and UX).
- Shaping, planning, and executing complex strategic workstreams as part of client projects, with support from Senior Managers, Directors, or Partners.
- Undertaking analysis, translating the analysis into useful findings and quality assuring the results in conjunction with project leadership.
- Leading data gathering required to solve complex problems in a short timeframe
- Developing hypotheses and insights to unlock challenging client problems.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, rapidly building credibility, and maintaining and utilizing networks of client relationships.
