Job Description:
- We are looking for a Senior Growth Associate (B2B) to support revenue growth by generating and converting corporate leads.
- You will engage SMEs, startups, and organisations to position our learning solutions for workforce development and talent upskilling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert B2B leads
- Support the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Engage HR teams and business stakeholders
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Meet assigned sales targets and maintain pipeline updates.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or other related course.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and proactive
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in Bank,Insurance,EdTech, HR Tech, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
Salary
