Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Senior Digital Content & Creative to anchor the digital and entertainment engine of our integrated marketing communications firm. In the hyper-kinetic landscape of Nigerian pop culture and media, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize digital storytelling with the clinical precision required for SEO Optimization, Multimedia Production, and Audience Engagement. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" with 4+ years of experience who can blend "Editorial Grit" (shaping content direction for web and social) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead integrated campaigns and mentor a creative team.
Requirements:
1. Content Orchestration & Strategic Governance
Narrative Sovereignty: Shape the content direction for our online entertainment website and digital platforms with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Audience Engagement."
Strategy Architecture: Develop and manage cross-platform content strategies (Web, Social, Video), providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand-aligned storytelling.
Integrated Stewardship: Collaborate with strategy teams to deliver high-fidelity marketing campaigns, ensuring the "Source of Creative Synergy" is elite and performance-driven.
2. Production Resilience & Multimedia Logic
Creative Sovereignty: Lead the creation of high-quality written and multimedia content, acting as the primary "Source of Visual and Editorial Excellence."
Optimization Architecture: Ensure all content is engineered for SEO and platform-specific performance, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for digital visibility.
Leadership Stewardship: Provide creative guidance and quality control for designers and videographers, maintaining the "Source of Professional Aesthetic" across all outputs.
3. Cultural Integrity & Performance Power
Trend Sovereignty: Stay updated with entertainment trends and digital conversations in Nigeria and beyond, acting as the primary "Source of Pop Culture Intelligence."
Analytics Architecture: Monitor content performance using data and insights to refine creative direction, providing the "Visual Foundation" for iterative growth.
Mentorship Logic: Provide elite mentorship to content and creative team members, utilizing 4+ years of agency expertise to maximize the "Source of Team Operational Velocity."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Creative Arts, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in digital content creation and creative leadership, preferably within media and marketing agencies.
Portfolio: Proven ability to manage engaging editorial, branded, and social content (links required).
Core Competencies
