Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, automate, and safeguard our infrastructure. You will be the bridge between development and operations, ensuring that our delivery pipelines are lightning-fast, our systems are highly available, and our security posture is ironclad.

Requirements:

• Pipeline Architecture: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that facilitate seamless and frequent code deployments.

• Infrastructure Automation: Lead the shift toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automating the provisioning and configuration of environments to ensure consistency and speed.

• System Reliability & Observability: Monitor performance and availability metrics. Proactively identify bottlenecks and execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production incidents to prevent recurrence.

• Cloud Governance: Implement and enforce security best practices across our cloud environment to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with software engineering teams to optimize deployment workflows and improve overall system stability.

• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior DevOps/infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of automation, shared ownership, and technical excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure engineering.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • CI/CD Tooling: Expert-level skill in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

  • Containers: Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.

  • Infrastructure as Code: Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

  • Scripting: Advanced skills in Bash and Python for automation.

  • System Architecture: Solid understanding of complex networking, security protocols, and scalable architecture.

• Certifications: Professional-level cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are considered a significant advantage.
